What is EDI?
Electronic Data Interchange is a standard way for companies to exchange business documents like load tenders, invoices and shipment status updates. TradeWeave sends and receives these documents for you and translates them into the formats your own systems use.
Which document types do you support?
TradeWeave supports X12 204 Load Tender, 210 Freight Invoice, 214 Shipment Status, 990 Load Tender Response and 997 Functional Acknowledgment out of the box. More transaction types can be configured.
Do you support AS2?
Yes. TradeWeave includes a company AS2 profile, certificate management, a receiving address, encrypted and signed messages with MDN receipts, and a received message log. SFTP and FTP over TLS are supported too.
Do I need developers to build workflows?
No. Workflows are built on a visual, drag-and-drop canvas from 29 ready-made step types. LIVE and TEST versions let you try changes safely before they go live.
What about partners that don't use EDI?
